Good American barbeque at the heart of Baguio. Ordered the Ribs Platter to try 3 types of meat and it was worth the value with 2 free side dishes. Waited a bit for our order about 45mins. Location is on a side road by Naguilian road.
Ordered delivery so only rating the food. Fantastic spot for authentic grilled meats. Regardless of the meat you're craving - pork, chicken, beef, even tuna - you'll find something to delight your palette here. Credit card accepted via Grab. Tried their smoked beef tacos as well as their brisket burnt ends. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Smoked beef tacos are soft shell. There's a garlic sauce that's a little stronger than I'd like (just putting slightly less on would keep the meat flavor profile strong to the end!). Two tacos to an order, and these are good-sized tacos, not small street tacos. More tortilla than filling but that's fine by me, they weren't stingy with the filling. Also, it's accompanied by a pico de gallo-style blended salsa that actually has a bit of heat to it. Delicious! The brisket burnt ends were not burnt and crunchy but very moist and flavorful. Small, bite-sized pieces but an honest amount of them for the price. Accompanied with a smoky-sweet BBQ sauce that is seriously delicious, and there's enough of it to do justice to each piece of meat. Truly an enjoyable experience and I'd love to explore more of their menu! The brisket tips
Don't be deceived by how the place looks - not your usual fancy restaurant. Food was superb - rib platters, onion rings, tacos. Too bad they ran out of craft beer during our visit.
This restaurant is a must visit. Don't get fooled by the external looks. Once you get inside, it'll be a small haven for old souls, especially the techie ones. The smoked beef brisket is really good and almost melts in your mouth. The flavor is heavenly that it'll make the other dishes taste average. The onion rings are also good!
I enjoyed dining here. Reviews did not disappoint, birria tacos became my favorite. I'll be sure to dine again here once i go back in Baguio.
the place was filled with antiques and they made you feel at home. The staff and cashier are all nice and they let you draw or paint while you wait for your food. I tried the Tuba coffee and I dont usually drink coffee without sugar but they aeropress it and it taste so clean and solid as black but without the aftertaste. The blood sausage is a real deal!
This resto did not disappoint. It’s a hidden gem in Baguio. We loved the USDA Brisket and beef tacos! We will definitely come back.
